Full payment must be received before items will be dispatched. I do not accept payment plans or deposits; this includes custom orders.
As per the EU "right of withdrawal" regulations, all customers have a 14-day period to cancel or return their items, provided that they are not custom orders.
Within the UK I normally use the Royal Mail Signed For service to ship all parcels. This provides a tracked & traced service. Parcels are always automatically insured up to a maximum of £20. For larger orders totalling over £20, I will insure the shipment to the appropriate value at my own cost.
For the rest of the world, I use Royal Mail Air Mail Tracked & Signed services to ship all parcels. This ensures that your parcel's voyage is tracked and will require a signature on the buyer's end to confirm delivery. Parcels are insured up to a maximum of £50.

If you wish to make a return, please contact me here on ETSY concerning your purchase. The buyer is responsible for paying postage on returns.
Returns must be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK & an International Tracked & Signed service internationally. This protects both yourself as a customer & me as a merchant.
Refunds, exchanges, etc, are not possible on custom-made items as per EU selling regulations.
Photographic proof will be required for items which has sustained damage in transit or which are considered not as described. Refunds on damaged-in-transit items will not be offered without photographic proof of the damaged item AND packaging.

I am not able to provide wholesale prices. As all my items are handmade, individually, I am not able to produce them in bulk. The majority of my items are limited editions due to the suppliers and sources of my materials.

Lawful Basis for Processing Personal Data
For the purposes of the GDPR, I am the Data Processor when selling on ETSY and processes all personal data lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner. Under Article 6 of the GDPR, the lawful basis on which I process personal data received from ETSY is that of “Contract” - whereby processing is necessary to fulfil buyer orders and enquiries. I retain information provided by ETSY, such as transaction information for internal financial accounting purposes. It is a legal requirement to retain this information for a period of 7 years.
Data I Receive:
Personally Identifiable Information.
I receive personally identifiable information from ETSY only when it is voluntarily submitted by buyers when placing an on-line order. The data I receive includes: name, billing address, delivery name, delivery address, e-mail address (in encrypted format), telephone number, date of order, items ordered, value of items ordered, chosen method of delivery. I do not sell or rent personally identifiable information to any third party for any purpose.
How I use buyers’ personal information.
I may use any personal buyer information provided by ETSY to:
Process and dispatch buyers’ order/s, via Royal Mail or MyHermes,
Carry out regulatory checks to meet our legal obligations,
Prevent and detect crime,
Develop and improve our products.
I treat all information I hold about buyers as private and confidential. I will not reveal any personal details or details concerning buyers’ orders to anyone not connected with us, unless: The buyer asks us to reveal the information, or I have a buyer’s permission to do so, I are required or permitted to do so by law, it is required by law enforcement, fraud prevention or credit reference agencies, Data Subject Access Requests.
Under the GDPR buyers are entitled to obtain from us (the Data Processor for the purposes of The GDPR when selling on ETSY) a copy of the data held concerning them and to have any inaccuracies in the data rectified. I am obliged to provide this data to within 30 calendar days of the month of the request and free of charge. However, I have the right to refuse or charge for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive and repetitive.
